Amanda & Ryan - Engaged

Before the 40 degree drop in temperature hit, yesterday I headed out to Red Rocks with Amanda & Ryan for their engagement session. I love how these two make each other laugh- every shot ended with big smiles! And although it was a mostly cloudy day, the sun broke through for a perfect ending!

As we begin the new year, I just wanted to share one image that really resonates with me. Of course I love this image because it features my adorable nephew and niece, but I also love it for the genuineness and simplicity. What pure happiness a sled ride through the snow can bring! May we all embrace the simple blessings of life in 2011.
